Job Description:

We require the services of Admin Manager to perform following activities:

  • Managing all general administration activities.
  • Greet, assist and direct visitors.
  • Respond to phone calls/public inquiries.
  • Technically hands-on experience in maintenance of electric equipment, AC, UPS,generators, vehicles, furniture, purchasing, staff management.
  • Responsible for all billing and maintenance related work.
  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.

Skills:

  • Must have at least Bachelors Degree.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Administration.
  • Must be honest and trustworthy.
  • Must demonstrate sound work ethics.
  • Time management skills.
