- Serve as senior technical resource for the design, and implementation of enterprise applications using Microsoft DotNet.- Design and develop enterprise applications in a Web environment- Have the ability to consult with customers on user requirements and translates user requirements into an application including database design- Writes clear, concise and effective requirements, correspondence, procedures, manuals, reports briefings and technical designs in accordance with policies- Provides technical direction to junior developers in the use of the newest technologies and techniques- Monitors industry trends and directions and maintains currency on tools, methodologies, technologies and programming languages - Resolves complex programming bugs- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to resolve problems in a professional manner - Able to adapt to change in the project and provide direction technically when those changes occur.
