Job Description: Key Responsibilities include:
- Research, create, edit and proof read various technical and non-technical documents such as User Guides, Technical References, Requirement Specifications, User Acceptance Documentation and Functional Specifications
- Work closely with subject matter experts to gather technical information to review and update existing documents
- Document product features and functionalities in a manner that is easy to understand for users
- Follow existing in house and external style guides and help develop a plan for upgrading these style guides to meet evolving customer demands
- Ensure documents meet the needs of specific customers
- Maintain Document Repository
Skills & Education Required:
- Must be a graduate in Computer Sciences, IT or Software Engineering from a well reputed institute
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills of English language
- Expert in MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently, as well as within a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to deliver within tight specified deadlines
- Experience with mobile application documentation would be a strong plus
- Previous experience of technical writing, documentation is advantageous
