HR Executive Requirements - The Candidate should Assist HR Manager with full potential to be an active part of an organization
- Should be excellent at conducting telephonic interviews, job postings and managing employee offers
- Should have strong PR with recruitment agencies, local organizations, educational institutions, etc
- Should have excellent grip over basic languages such as English and Urdu (Speaking and writing)
- Should have the excellence to guide the managers and other employees in matters related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management. For this to happen systematically, the manager may needs to conduct seminars, arrange meetings and provide the employees with suitable trainings
- Verify and approve payment claims including medical reimbursement, travel allowance, remote accommodation expenses etc
- Advertise new opportunities in an organization at different newspapers, recruitment websites and mailing groups
- Should have the excellence command to manage manual attendance system and leave accounts
The human resource executive should always be ready to work in a dynamic and 24/7 work environment
