Job Description:
  • Provide administration and logistic control for the company.
  • Keep attendance and leave records and its submission to account dept.
  • Arrange logistic arrangements for company employees, plant and materials.
  • Ensure neat and tidy working environment in the office.
  • Routine maintenance of office equipment and furniture.
  • Control & Maintenance of employees personal record.
  • Security of the office equipment and fixture in all respects.
