If we can establish a good working relationship this opportunity may lead to a full time job. Your long term commitment to our projects is vital. You need to be a problem solver and willing to research and explore for solutions. You need to be passionate about beautiful coding. You LOVE to CODE for fun. You need to demonstrate your previous RoR projects. You need to have thinking outside the box attitude. You have to be willing to take on challenges.
