Objective: Monitoring and evaluation for Welthungerhilfe projects Responsibilities: 1. Ensure adequate implementation of M&E activities at project(s) level according to M&E strategy 2. Provide information and feedback to supervisor/relevant staff 3. Support planning of new projects and assessments 4. Specific Tasks RESPONSIBILITIES (Details) 1. Ensure adequate implementation of M&E activities at project(s) level according to M&E strategy - Assist the adaption of standardized formats and tools to project requirements
- Assist PM&E unit in planning workshops and support in documentation of workshops
- Undertake regular field visits to support implementation of monitoring and evaluation
2. Provide information and feedback to supervisor/relevant staff - Assist in documentation of monitoring and evaluation findings
- Give feedback and provide information to FP SOUTH PUNJAB
- Assist in Project(s) evaluation activities
3. Support planning of new projects and assessments - Assist the PM&E Unit in planning of new projects (e.g. development of indicators, results chains, etc.)
- Assist FP SOUTH PUNJAB and other relevant staff in assessments
- Assist the PM&E Unit in development of questionnaires, databases and data analyses
4. Specific Tasks - Report all security relevant issues and information to the Security Advisor and the management
- Provision of gender specific support to female civil society (beneficiaries and communities) in SOUTH PUNJAB
The position holder should work in a client and team oriented manner and adhere to standards as described in the Welthungerhilfe Code of Conduct. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years professional experience in a similar position within a national or international INGO/NGO;
- Experience with PM&E design and implementation (incl. development of tools, data processing, data analysis);
- Knowledge of participatory planning and monitoring methods;
- Very good communication skills;
- Very good contextual knowledge of community issues and social and cultural realities
