5. Should be working on Flash Websites and Projects. The selected person must have following qualities

2. Using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and client
3. Multi-tasking, often work on more than one designs
4. Must have hands on expertise on web and graphic designing tools and applications
5. Awareness of modern web based User Interface designing 6.Excellent Communication Skills to interact with Foreign Staff and Clients.
