Customer Support Representative
We are looking for friendly people to work as Customer Support / Call Center representative for our new venture. The candidates should be customer focused and well versed in English and Urdu languages. Responsibilities include:
- Inbound and outbound calls to customers for orders placed by customers
- Take orders on phone from customers
- Keep record of cutomer's interactions, comments, questions, etc.
