Team Lead/Project Manager:
We are looking for a Software Project Manager / Team lead with good team and client management skills- In addition with excellent technical background in software development and delivery record.
We are developing new cutting edge products to deliver and support medical and business intelligence to our customers.
We are looking for:
· Excellent communication skills that would include written and spoken English.
· Excellent project management skills to ensure smooth operations and dealing with every day issues of clients, team and 3rd party.
· The candidate should be able to plan, manage and execute multiple projects effectively.
· The candidate should be able to deliver projects on time to agreed scope.
· He/she should be able to manage the team effectively, delegate tasks and mentor the team where needed.
Requirements:
· Must have strong Objected Oriented concepts
· Must have a strong Object oriented background with any programing language. (Preferable Php, C#) Should have strong system modelling concepts
· Working experience with modelling tool like Rational Rose. Should have strong Mysql, SQL background
· Expert SQL skills, including proficiency using Stored Procedures and views
· Should be able to present ideas through diagrams and documents
· Able to develop good and quick understanding about existing applications. Able to modify or develop new modules in existing systems
· Ability to develop production ready application without performing a testing cycle by someone else.
· Experience with CMS, CRM, financial or administrative system databases or ERP systems – Health industry will be added advantage
· Experience in developing enterprise level web application using Php, ASP.Net, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, AJAX would be plus
· Strong analytical, problem solving skills
Good English communication and documentation skills
