Job Description:
- Make initial contact with identified leads and follow up with them
- Enter patient data of registered clinics in their profiles
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved problems.
- Assist management with, and coordinate various operational activities on a daily basis
- Assist with the implementation of new operational strategies based on customer feedback.
- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
