Looking for a candidate with excellent communication and computer skills for our back office operations team of managing orders, liaison with vendors and customers through email and phone. Candidate will be responsible to:
• take in-bound calls to place orders
• check order status
• check availability through a web-based inventory system
• update tracking number
• and process transactions
• update order profile
• liaison with vendors through email or phone
• confirm availability of items
• negotiate rates
REQUIREMENTS
Must have excellent written and spoken English. A college degree or higher would be preferred. Candidate must be sharp and confidant with the ability to own their work and be highly organized. Must have E-commerce experience. Knowledge of e-commerce is mandatory. Candidate must have excellent skills with MS Office applications, such as, Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in handling CRM systems will be a plus. Must have excellent negotiation Skills. Only night shifts available. Relaxed environment. Excellent growth opportunity
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in E-Commerce applications, transactions through SSL using a payment gateway and knowledge of standard security practices.Candidate must be sharp and confidant with the ability to own their work and be highly organized.
