Must have the working knowledge of the following:
1. PHP
2. .Net
3. SQL Server 2000/2005, MySQL
4. ASP, JSP, JavaScript
5. Knowledge of open source content management system
6. Experience in Healthcare IT industry would be preferred
Candidate must be proficient in the following:
- Strong communication and team leading capabilities
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to take on tasks/problems with allegiance
- Good understanding of database concepts
- Strong knowledge of software architecture
- Ability to work with the team and as an individual as required
- Good understanding of programming concepts
- Good understanding of SDLC and different models
- Good understanding of application development and web development concepts in a broad perspective independent of any particular domain
- Positive and friendly attitude towards work, team and company
- Willingness to work under pressure with strict time-lines
Project /Practice Management
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Produce project estimates during sales process, including expertise required, total number of people required, total number of development hours required, etc.
