| Job Description: |
|
- Search for new business avenues
- Devise suitable marketing strategy for each identified target segment
- Contact potential clients, organize and attend business meetings/follow up
- Maintain continuous liaison with the current and potential clients of the organization/information exchange
- Facilitate relationships between the organization and its potential/current national and international clients
- Concept notes/proposals and other communication material development
- Develop training material for the Projects
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment, Job Analysis and other tasks as per the project requirement (TORs)
- Develop/revise curriculum, training courses and other related material for different projects
- Write performance/progress reports for the projects
- Organize trainings and workshops (national & international)
- Assign duties and provide guidance to his team members
- Coordination and information sharing with the team members
- Report to the CEO regarding ongoing activities
