Position description: key account manager for the company based in uae and usa to make direct sales of exclusive and non exclusive FMCG in Pakistan and UAE.

DEPARTMENT: Sales REPORTING TO: Business Development Manager and Managing Director

Focus Area

Play a central role in preparing and implementing a three-year plan to attain robust organic growth for the company by focusing on the following:

  1. Expanding the number of national distributors and wholesalers.
  2. Increasing the supermarket/Hypermarket account
  3. Increase the space of company’s products and marketing material vs. competitors
  4. Increasing the number of cities and countries

5. Expanding the products basket.

Experience: Minimum 7 years’ Experience in industry and minimum 3 years’ experience as a Marketing and Sales position in Pakistan. Established relationships with major national distributor, hyper stores and super markets in Pakistan

Education: Bachelor or equivalent degree or diploma in business management, marketing, finance or distribution management Skill requirements: Skills in negotiation, presentation, organization and communication both written and oral , Creative, goal driven, self-motivating, enthusiastic, persuasive and a team player Able to manage and balance both positive and adverse situations Welcomes new areas of responsibilities that may or may not have been in job descriptions Knowledge and working experience in MS Words, Excel and Power Point.

General TOR:

  • ·  Identify buyers of FMCG in East African Countries and develop the strategies to harness long term business relationship
  • ·  Develop productive and long term relationships with customers
  • ·  Responsible for finding new strategies and analyze business trends
  • ·  Making and closing sales
  • ·  Make calls every month to offset possible attrition among the company’s account.
  • ·  Proactively conduct account reviews
  • ·  Identify products and pricing that will suit the costumer’s need
  • ·  Communicate, write reports and give feedback to BDM and MD on a timely basis
  • ·  Drafting and Implementing Global Sales Strategies
  • ·  Hire Sales Associates to implement and support growth
