DEPARTMENT: Sales REPORTING TO: Business Development Manager and Managing Director
Play a central role in preparing and implementing a three-year plan to attain robust organic growth for the company by focusing on the following:
5. Expanding the products basket.
Experience: Minimum 7 years’ Experience in industry and minimum 3 years’ experience as a Marketing and Sales position in Pakistan. Established relationships with major national distributor, hyper stores and super markets in Pakistan
Education: Bachelor or equivalent degree or diploma in business management, marketing, finance or distribution management Skill requirements: Skills in negotiation, presentation, organization and communication both written and oral , Creative, goal driven, self-motivating, enthusiastic, persuasive and a team player Able to manage and balance both positive and adverse situations Welcomes new areas of responsibilities that may or may not have been in job descriptions Knowledge and working experience in MS Words, Excel and Power Point.
