Purpose of the Job - Achieving sales targets through lead generation
Responsibilities
• Achieving Sales Targets every month
• Develop good network with HNIs and other potential investors/customers which should result in sales
• Lead Generation through cold calling, meetings and referencing
• Should be an independent lead generator
Experience – 2-6 years of core sales experience in the domain of Real Estate / Investment sales / Financial Products / Life Insurance/ Hospitality etc, should have worked in a performance driven environment
Skills
• Excellent communication is a MUST
• Enthusiastic, pro-active and assertive
• Well groomed, well dressed & energetic
• • Proven track record of achieving target
• Dynamic personality
• Ability to think on their feet
• Self driven & should have entrepreneurial spirit
Age- Candidate MUST be below 35 years of age.
Education - Graduation is a MUST
Preferred Industry – Real Estate, Construction, Banking, Insurance or sales profile in any target driven industry
