Major responsibilities of the Coordinator, Capacity Building (GPAF), will be as follows: 1. Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) of the stakeholder communities and other implementing partners of the project; 2. Develop a comprehensive training plan that includes the development of training calendar, identification of local partner institutions, resource persons as well as institutions; 3. Compile a list of institutions, resource persons, relevant to the training mentioned in the TNA; 4. Develop TORs of the resource persons and selection or recruitment of other short-term contracted staff or consultant; 5. Develop a Training Manual describing different trainings and their contents; 6. Coordinate trainings and related activities in collaboration with the field staff; 7. Contribute to WWF-Pakistans outreach program i.e. Green School Activities, Corporate Relations, and Spellathon etc. by giving presentations to a broad range of stakeholders in order to get maximum support for the project; 8. Represent WWFPakistans GPAF project at regional and national levels; 9. Assist the Project Manager in organizing project related events; 10. Develop training reports in collaboration with Resource Persons; 11. Develop training evaluation forms and get feedback from the training participants on a regular basis to improve the quality of training; 12. Prepare and submit the Annual Project Report (APR) and such other interim progress reports and ad hoc reports as may be required by the Project Manager; 13. Carry out any other reasonable assignment associated with the aims and objectives of the GPAF Project that may be assigned to the Coordinator, Capacity-building by the senior management.
