Responsibilities:
Major responsibilities will be as follows:
- To convert individuals into WWF-Pakistan Members through F2F Individual Membership Programme.
- Actively seek to research new ideas for the development of F2F fundraising
- Maintain record of all the expenses and income of the programme
- To be proactive in identifying potential locations for F2F fundraising.
- Data management; maintain accurate & up-to-date record keeping of data of IMP members.
- Comply with best practice and legal requirements regarding data protection.
- To follow-up the process from conversion till the delivery of membership welcome packs.
- To handle any sort of complaints within your region pertaining to F2F converted member.
- Organize and manage all F2F fundraising campaigns and public engagements.
- To be able to be very flexible with working hours as most events and F2F fundraising will take place during the weekends and/or office hours. (Time off in lieu will be arranged)
- To manage team of F2F Fundraising Officers and to make sure that they are in line with the given targets.
- To assign daily locations for marketing the campaign to the team members.
- To compile a daily report for F2F Campaign Coordinator.
- To represent WWF-Pakistan in a responsible manner as per the organization’s norms.
- Undertake other duties as required by your line manager
Skills
1. An established personal commitment to the conservation of nature and ecological processes;
2. Education;
Preferably a graduate in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration (Marketing), Mass Communications, Advertising, Advocacy or Public Relations from reputable (HEC recognized / International) University.
3. Experience / working knowledge;
Prior individual fundraising experience will be of great advantage;
Experience in public relations and team management;
Familiarity with the marketing and sales techniques
4. Skills and Abilities:
Superior English Language (reading, writing and speaking skills);
Exceptional Presentation Skills;
Event management skills & experience;
A dynamic, pleasant and communicative personality;
Ability to motivate and influence others;
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel), CRM or other database software would be highly preferred.
