Duties and Responsibilities
Build & maintain a data base of training institutes, trainers & courses on offer within /outside the country;
Assist in periodic “Training Needs Assessment” of Employees;
Assist in preparing an “Annual Training Plan” (including budgets / sources of funding) based upon the needs assessment;
Suggest in-house and /or away trainings for Employees as specified in the Annual Training Plan; keep track of funds allocated to the training needs for the year;
Maintain a data base of all the trainings attended by Employees of WWF - Pakistan;
Record the feedback on trainings attended by Employees to assess the facilitators and training institutes;
Develop/Formalize a process through which all Employees who attend trainings prepare / submit a report and share the knowledge with others;
Facilitates linkages / agreements with preferred / reputable training institutes to offer schedules /customized / in- house training courses at preferred / discounted rates;
Develop “New Employee Orientation” material; organize two formal orientation sessions at the Head Office per year;
Assist in organizing learning events / meetings through volunteer guest speakers / facilitators. Organize monthly employee meetings at the head office and share any relevant content with other offices; also help formalize similar meetings at regional / project offices;
Ensure optimal use of the “WWF Online Campus”;
Ensure compliance with the Capacity Building Guidelines;
Prepare HR department’s updates for the Panda Post.
Any other related assignment as required.
