Resolving problems both directly from customer and through technical escalation. Implementing fixes and solution where appropriate either via discussing directly with customer, via email or via remote desktop. --Minimum Computer graduate from recognized institute.
--Excellent communication skills with fluency in English & ability to troubleshoot desktop & network connectivity.
--Hands-on experience on windows 2003, 2008 standard and SBS server.
--Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IIS, WSUS Server.
--Knowledge of configuring and maintaining network printers and application server.
--Work on intense environment and able to resolve desktop related issue.
--Administer configure and maintain Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 servers.
--Knowledge and able to work on juniper, Sonic firewall, Barracuda Spam Firewall
--Hands-on experience on Symantec Backup exec and cloud backup products.
--Disaster Recovery Planning and Supervision of Periodic Backups of Active Directory Servers and Security Logs Management of Active Directory and Group policy of all Domain Controllers.
--Adept at developing effective network policies and procedures, project documentation and milestones
