Job Description:
Desired Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in SQA (Software Quality Assurance Field) with exposure to the full product development cycle from requirements to post-release
- Have designed test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures with strong auditing skills
- Participate in all phases of the test cycle,including Integration/System Testing, performance Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing, etc.
- Experience in testing web-based and desktop enterprise applications
- Experinece in Grey-Box testing
- Can perform data manuplation
- Prior experience working on engineering applications
- May be able to write sequel scripts
- Experience stress and load testing enterprise level software
- Knowledge of database theory and implementation with MS SQL / MySQL experience
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases using test plans and functional specifications
- Experience with agile development practices.(Nice to have)
- Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality
- Excellent communication, documentation, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-driven and ability to work independently and interact with project teams
- Strong team player and willing to pitch in and contribute to manual test efforts when needed
