1. Plan and execute FG transfers to upcountry warehouses ensuring min stock (as per policy) is maintained at all times at all warehouses to avoid stock shortages & over dumping.
2. Logistics arrangements and execution of container transfers from approved transporter on daily basis
3. Sales return process management: (All claims are processed as per policy within defined timelines )
4. Supervision of all Outstation Warehouse
5. Annual & monthly lifting forecasting on the bases of sales forecast.
