Review milestone document and ensure that input, output and outcome level results for the milestones are logically linked to create desired impact; To review process and performance indicators of the project in view of project goals and objectives;
Facilitate program teams in developing quality benchmarks for all key program interventions to strengthen the compliance and quality aspects;
Design and review data collection/tracking tools/formats/databases to ensure data quality, reliability and consistency;
Regularly share monitoring reports with project coordinator and relevant team members and for informed decision making;
Provide updates against project milestones.
Provide inputs for donor reports as per agreed frequency.
Develop/maintain and scale up accountability mechanism; consolidate feedback response databases, provide analysis of feedbacks and convert them into learning document
Document and disseminate key lessons learnt out of monitoring and evaluation reports;
Identify capacity building events for staff members for system strengthening and sharing of learning;
Participate and share project outcomes in workshops and meetings at district and province level to present program objectives, progress and lesson learnt
Any other tasks given by line manager.
Skills
Excellent knowledge of logical/results frameworks, indicators and monitoring plan.
Excellent report writing, communication and presentation skills
