|
Responsibility Ensuring the QMS & ENMS is establish, implemented and maintained in the company. Establish Quality Objectives in coordination with HODs department wise. Define QMS & ENMS procedures and related documents. Develop an individual projects plan. Assist in overall planning, scheduling & provisioning of training. Reporting to top Manager Systems & Internal Audits on the performance of QMS & ENMS. Assist Monitoring the vital activities at the YTML including Desk Audits and certification audits. Liaison with relevant departments on the matters relating to the YTML quality system. Take corrective and preventive action against the identified area of improvements. Internal Audit of operational activities and reporting to Manager Systems & G.M QA & Compliance. Ensuring all required working documents are prepared. Reviewing quality system documents for adequacy. Representing the audit team with the auditee. Attend opening and closing meetings.Ensuring audit results are reported clearly, conclusively and without delay. Organized Regular feedback meeting. Participating in the Management Review meeting. Act as instructed by G.M QA & Compliance
Experience & Qualification Required: - BE/Bsc in textile/industrial or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in implementing QMS in manufacturing industry
