Writer Needed to Create Amazingly Clear Instructions for Software Products
Zaphyr Technologies is rolling out several of its products to engaged clients and consumers. To help users understand the complexity of business constraints and working of the product we need to prepare USER GUIDES. Plain and simple English (US).
The clarity of the user documentation is a clear differentiator for us. We want documentation that a busy staff can use despite a lack of knowledge of the software product. This documentation should be as clear to the staff as Lego documentation is to a non-builder. Desired Skills include:
- excellent ability to write concisely and clearly
- familiarity with Image capture tools and MS Word
- a love for graphics
- a creative fire that drives you to constantly find new ways to do things better
- a love for documenting, realizing that this documentation - if it makes it easy - is the key to success
- great interviewer, able to picturize features from our developers
This job is either part-time or freelance. But does require interactions with the product concerned developers to write a perfect user guide.
