CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE Zapro Digital is looking for a call center representative who can answer inbound calls and guide clients through proper procedures. The inbound calls will mainly be received from the UK. The main targets of this call center is to facilitate calls from Lawyers & Clients around the UK to help them better understand our product.

The job description includes but is not limited to the following details. The candidate will be required to 

  • Take customer calls and introduce our products to them 
  • Be able to navigate and administrate the online portal
  • Answer customers queries regarding our product
  • Redirect calls to the Solicitors in the caller’s area
  • Work closely with the sales team
  • Take the lead on the call center

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education – Intermediate/A levels
  • Fluency in the English language and a good understanding of British Accent
  • 2 years' experience in an International Call Center
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Understand client requirements
  • Online navigation & Internet searching skills
  • Ability to facilitate a customer call with proficiency
  • Ability to handle pressure
