Job Description

A superb opportunity to join an established, financially sound and growing supplier of management software as a Technical Customer Service Executive for the UK and US market has arisen. A self starter with a professional attitude and the ability to communicate effectively is essential. 

Eligibility Criteria

·        1 -  The individual should be able to work independently

·        2 -  Have minimum 2 years support experience in multinational product driven companies

·        3-  Adequate idea of the web and software development process is assumed as well as the idea of E-commerce websites and computer based applications

·        4 - Salary package dependent upon experience

  • The ability to think on your feet
  • Strong remote and direct sales skills.
  • Should have solid negotiation skills.
  • Exposure of foreign market/outbound sales (preferred).

  • Able to operate effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client handling skills.
