Strong Object Oriented Design and Programming concepts Experience with the following: , Flex 4, Flash Builder IDE, AS3, JSON, XML,JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS and ActionScript 3.0. Understanding of software design patterns. Experience with E4X, XML and Javascript Experience with a server-side technology Experience with MVC based frameworks like cairngorm will be preferable Experience with RTMP servers (FMS, Red 5 etc. ) would be a plus. Ability to take customer requirements and transform into software design. Good team player and able to handle pressure in crunch time. Ability to work with rapidly changing customer requirements is desirable. Familiarity with the principles of Usability and Human Interface Design Familiarity with unit testing techniques for UI's Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support Minimum 2 years of industry experience in developing Rich Internet Application development using AS 3.0.
