- In the stage of drawings design, cooperate with Design Institute to understand its’ intent, and assist to optimize the program;
- Responsible for the professional schedule management, Accordance with the overall schedule to make preparation of monthly (late) schedule. Supervise subcontractors to make rational organization of labor, materials, machinery and equipment according to the contract period and quality requirements;
- Participate in drawing disclosure and joint hearing, review professional construction drawing , familiar with the details of engineering drawings, master quality points of key parts, and draw up professional construction plans and technical disclosure. prepare professional construction materials and assist materials coworkers to collect and collate completion data.
- Make control of the quality of materials used in the construction, and inspect professional materials;
- Responsible for professional security management, and compile security management materials.
- Responsible for professional civil construction, environmental management, and draw up relevant materials.
- Coordinate the various relationships of construction site;
- Keep good records of daily construction and retain good first-hand information;
- Assist the Cost Engineer to prepare bidding and bid documents, and handle budgets and final accounts;
- Civil,electrical,mechanical and electrical installation, project management and other related professionals. College degree and above;
- Assistant Engineer and above;
- More than 5 years experience in construction site management, management experience about photovoltaic projects will be given priority.
