Job Responsibilities:

1. In line with the company's business strategies, you should assist the chief inspector in making HR development strategies and plans that are applicable to the company;

2. You should assist the chief inspector in establishing and perfecting the company's organization structures, related management systems and procedures, and remuneration and performance systems characteristic of the company;

3. You should carry out the practical work of recruitment, personnel relations, performance evaluation, payment and training;

4. You should conduct the publicity of company culture and ensure the smooth execution of personnel relations policies;

5. You should help the chief inspector to control the working status of the HR system and to solve problems and propose rectification solutions;

6. You should assist the chief inspector in controlling the staff cost, checking the remuneration proposals and putting forward suggestions accordingly;

7. You should organize the remuneration surveys and thus make competitive and incentive remuneration plans;

8. You should carry out various evaluation work to constantly improve the current performance evaluation system that is applicable to the company;

9. You complete other temporary and urgent work assigned by the higher leaders.

Qualifications:

1. Education background (degree and major): above bachelor degree, majors of human resources, business administration, labour economics and other related majors;

2. Working experience: over 5 years of working experience in the field of HR management, and candidates who once worked in the international companies are preferred;

3. Occupational requirements: abundant in the working experience of HR management and practice; familiar with Pakistan's national labour laws and Punjab's provincial laws;

4. Knowledge and skills: mastery of HR theories, management theories, laws and stipulations related to HR, local policies, and professional knowledge of HR various modes;

5. Professional capabilities:mastery of training operation procedure and methods, and mastery of the design principles and tools of training systems regarding management and specialties; good at perfecting and practicing professional training systems and plans; mastery of the whole training process,such as designing training proposals, making training plans, organizing and supplementing the training activities and obtaining evaluations and feedbacks;

6. Individual qualifications: strong abilities of planning and execution: excellent communication abilities, organization and coordination abilities,analysis and judging abilities and influencing power; efficiency, conscientiousness and responsibility.
