The Lead Global Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the performance and operational effectiveness of the organization and department. This position focuses on process training, improvement, and task delegation to team members, emphasizing quality assurance and mentorship. The role involves collaborating with global sales teams, management, and executives to provide detailed analysis of sales activity and market dynamics. Additionally, the Lead Global Operations Specialist manages global partner relationships and collaborates with the Global Engagement team on customer and partner escalations.

What you will do as a Lead Global Operations Specialist:

  • Co-ordinate with sales operations across all geographies.
  • Monitor Customer Accounts.
  • Keep the catalog and price books updated at all times.
  • Deliver daily operational support to Sales.
  • Monitor invoicing issues and call out delays in getting payment from Partners.
  • Provide business intelligence through reporting and analysis of key metrics.
  • Liaison between sales and all other departments.
  • Build trusting relationships with Sales and Corporate Support leadership.
  • Drive to result.
  • Follow-through.
  • Participate in periodic calls to facilitate communications, continuous improvement, and/or alignment of support.
  • Provide back-up to the Manager and Director on all department tasks.
  • Act as the final check on accuracy of Partner Referral tracking, reporting and invoicing.
  • Subject Matter Expert on all department tasks.
  • Identify process improvements and assist in development opportunities for self, the team, and the department.
  • Focus on developing people management and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional level of performance and consistently exceed goals and expectations.
  • Manage group mailbox and team’s work allocation and provide support to the team in case of volume spike and absence.

What will you bring to the team:

  • At least 3-4 years of sales support experience and/or project management.
  • ·   Experience working in an offshore/out-sourced environment, sales, business operations, or marketing-related role with project coordination is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, with demonstrated ability to create advanced models, pivot tables, charts, and other methods to aid in reporting/analysis of data.
  • Must have an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and account management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to multi-task and meet SLAs for various projects.
  • Have a neutral accent (no MTI). Have good articulation and should be able to manage escalations in a professional manner.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Global Operations Specialist.
  • Graduate – In any discipline.
