|
PURPOSE OF POSITION- Primarily responsible for strategic planning, design and development of all kinds of training programs
- Responsible for designing and planning training & development related activities
- Responsible for coordinating and monitoring training activities and to conduct ongoing and post training evolutions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Strategic Planning, Design and Development:- Analyzing Training Needs Assessment and to develop annual T&D Plan.
- Strategic planning for the training initiatives To develop training modules needed for in house trainings in coordination with professional training institutes and external trainers.
- Design, develop and implement career development for whole organization
- Use technology and advance tools to enhance the training function
2. Organizing Training Programs:- Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.
- Organize all kinds of training programs (In-house, Internal Facilitator, Public Programs, and Out-Bound Training) to enhance the skills, competencies, knowledge of the human resource.
3. Co-ordination and Monitoring:- Coordinate closely with Manager OD for all organizational development activities. • To co-ordinate with external trainers and training institutes.
- Coordinating with IT team in designing the new processes for Training & Development • Monitoring and supervising different ongoing trainings.
- Evaluation of the on-going training programs
- Monitor all payments related to trainings are made on time. • Ensure trainings are properly documented and records are maintained & available.
4. Control activities:- Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Ensure T & D policy is properly in place and strictly followed.

- Comprehensive understanding of HR challenges specific to the telecom industry
- Knowledge of Telecom jobs and their challenges, careers and competency requirements for each role
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labour laws, training, compensation and benefits, career development, and change management

- Hands on MS office, expert in using Excel and other T&D related software.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSExperience- 4 to 6 years relevant work experience
- At least 2 years in a managerial position
- Experienced in the field of human resource training & development.
Educational Qualifications- Masters degree strongly preferred (Human resources, or in business administration with a concentration in human resources management) from a reputed university
