|
Job Description:- To carry out detail engineering design work for HVAC projects i.e design preparation, equipment selection and drawing preparation. Detail design preparation includes heat load estimation, pressure drop calculation for air side and water side, also preparation of water side scheme as well as electrical scheme
- Preparation of detail RFP i.e. design and specifications of various equipments used in the projects including and selection of the equipments like chiller, pumps, AHU, cooling tower, heat recovery units, fans, ductless ventilation system, etc
- Technical evaluation of proposals to select the suitable supplier and equipment
- End to End Project management during execution phase and to ensure that work is being executed according to contractual design, specifications and contracted schedule
- Periodic project reporting i.e. status, issues, solution etc from the design stage to the end of execution stage
- To coordinate and conduct detail acceptance and testing
- Preparation of as Built Drawings
- Preparing detail operation and maintenance guidelines for the HVAC system operations after its commissioning.
- Periodic monitoring of the system during its operational stage
Eligibility Criteria (Qualification, Experience & Skills):- Should Hold a professional bachelors/masters degree in engineering or equivalent (preferably mechanical)
- Good knowledge of HVAC system design, functionality and troubleshooting techniques.
- 4+ years of relative experience
- Excellent presentation & communication Skills
