|
Duties & Responsibilities - Responsible for NSS nodes O&M (preventive and corrective maintenance), configuration management and performance management. The nodes include STP, MSC and MGW.
- Integration of new nodes and services and making sure about related readiness.
- Coordination with vendors for second level support and resolution of O&M related issues.
- Assisting internal department for new requirements and services.
- Achieve targets for availability and KPIs by periodic checks and standard routines.
- Complaints resolution related to the network.
Eligibility Criteria (qualification, experience and skills required): - Good knowledge of NSS nodes, signaling flows, functionality and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good Team leading qualities and able to work as team player
- Excellent presentation Skills
- Excellent communication Skills
