| Job Description: |
|
- Weekly and monthly reports of WAPDA billing of BTS sites
- Weekly and monthly report generation for non billed sites and follow-up
- Weekly and monthly report generation for high billing sites, analysis for high billing sites
- reasons and recover extra billing amount from WAPDA in case of any mistake
- Follow-up with vendors (Alcatel/Huawei) for sites 1st bill no provided
- Follow-up with vendors and sub-con for Transformer and other WAPDA entities installation
- and rectification timely
- Including sites in Automated billing system and follow-up with HQ in case of any issue.
- Coordination for resolution of prolonged WAPDA disconnections due to bills
- Coordination for faulty transformer and WAPDA issues at sites, PRF raising and follow-up with
- HQ for vendor until resolution
- Coordination and resolution of WAPDA issue highlighted by cluster owners
- Prime and T-prime sites data base update and follow-up with vendors for installation of
- commercial power
- WAPDA meter reading reported/not reported sites during PM by cluster owner and follow-up
- for the reason of not reported sites and insure 100% meter reading reporting during PM.
- Train cluster owners for WAPDA meter reading of different meters installed on BTS sites
Eligibility Criteria (qualification, experience and skills required):- Preferable previous experience in Wapda/IESCO/PESCO offices
- Must have strong knowledge and understanding of WAPDA tariff calculation procedure and
- other WAPDA billing related procedure
