|
The ideal candidate - Should havea professional Bachelors/ Masters degree/ Engineering preferably Telecom
- Should have minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Job Description - Ensure WAPDA bill collection (Manual & ABS) within the due date and enter in data base
- Ensure that WAPDA bill payments are made in time, evidenced from the banks stamp in addition to it would also be responsible to make sure the sub-meters bills payment are made in time and within the due date
- Coordinate with related person for including sites in automated billing system and follow-up with HQ in case of any issue
- Update prime/T-prime sites data converting these sites to standby
- Coordinate with HO from PRF raising and follow-up until resolution
- Coordinate with WAPDA for 1stbill issuance if not get issued by roll out
- Coordinate with Cluster Owner/Security guard to dig out the actual reason of high bills either by visiting the site or collecting the data through Cluster Owner or security guard and manage to have an in depth analysis on the High bills
- Manage to take up the case of high billed sites to WAPDA for reconciliation,resolution of prolonged WAPDA disconnections due to billsand is also responsible to minimize the number of high billed sites
- Maintain the hard record in files and updating the on line record by entering data in database of each reconciliation
- Coordinate with the vendor/WAPDA personnel’s for installation of commercial power; second level support and resolution of WAPDA related issues;repair and replacement of faulty WAPDA transformer and meters; D-fuse; HT, LT lines, transformer step up and step down; LC’s repair and installation in order to make sure the low voltages are up to the mark for the site to run on the CPand other WAPDA related issues at sites.
- Coordinate with region and HQ for daily, weekly monthly quarterly and annual reporting
- Train cluster owners/ field staff for WAPDA meter reading of different meters installed on BTS sites
- Assist internal department for new WAPDArequirements and services
- Achieve targets for availability and KPIs by periodic checks and standard routines.
- Oversee WADPDA relatedcomplaints resolution related to the network.
Essential Skills - Should have good knowledge of WAPDA related issues, analytical skills and drafting skills
- Should have strong knowledge and understanding of WAPDA tariff calculation procedure and other Wapda billing related procedure
- Should have computer skills, excel, world & power point etc
- Candidates having WAPDA experience will be preferred
- Should have good leadership and team players skills
- Should have excellent communication & presentation Skills
