Job Description:
  • Maintain Office Stationery, Grocery.
  • Mail receiving / dispatch and distribution
  • Maintain Employees Leave Record, Attendance, Medical Record.
  • Arranging Conference, Meeting Official Lunch/Dinner other refreshment arrangement
  • Handling the front desk and have to coordinate office activities.
  • Well versed and fluent in English
  • Dialing/Receiving/transferring of the call to the concerned department. Taking messages and deliver them shortly.
  • Assist in appointment & Scheduling of office staff
  • Assist in any other task as required by MD.
