| Job Description: |
|
- Maintain Office Stationery, Grocery.
- Mail receiving / dispatch and distribution
- Maintain Employees Leave Record, Attendance, Medical Record.
- Arranging Conference, Meeting Official Lunch/Dinner other refreshment arrangement
- Handling the front desk and have to coordinate office activities.
- Well versed and fluent in English
- Dialing/Receiving/transferring of the call to the concerned department. Taking messages and deliver them shortly.
- Assist in appointment & Scheduling of office staff
- Assist in any other task as required by MD.
