1- Identifying the receipts and expenditures according to heads of accounts and prepare journal entries, preparation of vouchers (Initial Book keeping)
2- Assistance in data entry.
3- Handling imprest cash /petty cash.
4- Maintaining record keeping and filing system
5- Attending banking matters and correspondences.
6- Assisting Senior Accountant in preparation of Job Reconciliation and bank reconciliation etc.
7- Availability for any other work that requires assistance to accountant or the accounts Manager.
