We are looking for services of a "Customer Sales Representative"

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Manage large number of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.
  • Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.
  • Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.

SHIFT TIMINGS:

  • 12:00 AM TO 04:00 AM
  • 07:00 PM TO 04:00 AM
  • 09:00 PM TO 04:00 AM
