The Sales and Support is a department that works internationally on Outbound Sales & Support calls. Working on strict deadlines, the individuals must be target oriented and highly motivated and have a flair for accepting challenges. You will be responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through outbound calls, on the basis of provided guidelines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage large number of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.
- Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.
- Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
SHIFT TIMINGS (Evening & Night Shifts)
- 07:00 PM TO 01:00 AM
- 09:00 PM TO 04:00 AM
- 07:00 PM TO 04:00 AM
- 12:00 AM TO 04:00 AM
