Key Responsibilities
- Has good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Coordinate with developer and IT staff to manage the product release.
- Code, test, and implement configuration changes to software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements.
- Will be involved in the full software development life cycle in coordination with other engineers, QA, and designers and should be confident and adept in articulating ideas in a clear, well thought out manner.
- Participating in ongoing design, implementation and maintenance of systems and tools across our cloud infra structure.
- Responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for various set of technologies.
- Proficient in scripting, debugging and trouble shooting.
- Leading Problem resolution and coordination pertaining to Cloud Infra-structure.
- Design and apply security policies to the servers.
- Manage & Secure SQL Servers.
- Assist with maintaining and testing disaster recovery and fail-over procedures.
- Apply security patches to OS and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolved application security level issue.
- Perform system backups.
- Install and administer complex 3rd party software and internal tools.
Experience Requirement
- Must have at least 3-6 years hands-on automation, configuration and deployment management systems.
- Experience with Atlassian products such as JIRA and confluence
- Experience in Agile environment.
- Have strong knowledge of Azure and AWS Cloud.
- Excellent knowledge of GIT.
- Good working knowledge of Python and/or Ansible.
- Good knowledge of Web Application Security protocols and tools like OWASP, IP Tables and OpenVPN.
- Deep knowledge of Server configurations; Apache/NGINX/Databases/Tomcat
- Good knowledge of CDNs/SSL/Proxies.
- Knowledge of YAML and Bash scripts.
Desired Skill Set
- Strong automation concepts and experience.
- Experience on Docker will be a plus.
- Experience with setting up monitoring systems like Zabbix, Elasticsearch, ICINGA2 and Grafana.
