We are a construction company, looking for an experienced professional who would be able to maintain the entire record of the sale /purchase proceeds as well as customer information of our commercial / residential projects.

  • He should conduct meetings with prospective clients, investors and real estate managers on behalf of our organization.
  • He should maintain all the excel spreadsheets of the day to day operations of our multiple projects.
  • He should be able to operate our property management software and manage bookings, sales, transfers, cancelations and reconciliations.
  • He should be able to remind customers and maintain the entire record of monthly installments and due collections.
  • He should have a proper record of the available and sold inventory.
  • He should be able to maintain and standardize all SOP's.
  • He should have basic accounting knowledge.
