As an AC Technician at 3J Solutions, you play an essential role in maintaining customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery. The position demands technical proficiency in fault diagnosis and repair of air conditioning systems while adhering to safety standards and company policies. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues in both residential and commercial environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units using systematic troubleshooting techniques.
- Inspect and test components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and electrical circuits to identify defects or malfunctions.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to repair or replace faulty components, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, parts used, and service time to provide transparency and support future troubleshooting.
- Manage on-site repair assignments independently, demonstrating promptness and reliability in attending service calls.
- Advise customers on proper maintenance schedules and operational procedures to extend the lifespan of their air conditioning units.
- Ensure all safety protocols and electrical codes are followed while carrying out repairs and installations.
- Maintain the condition and organization of personal tools and equipment, ensuring readiness for all service tasks.
- Coordinate with supervisors and supply teams to ensure availability of necessary replacement parts and tools for efficient job completion.
