6by7 Traders is seeking motivated and skilled Sales Agents to join our inbound call centre team dedicated to an Energy Campaign. This role focuses primarily on handling incoming calls related to energy plans and billing inquiries. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in US energy campaigns and possesses strong communication skills to assist customers effectively. Sales Agents serve as the primary contact points, providing accurate, professional, and clear information about energy services while ensuring an excellent customer experience through patience and problem resolution.
Sales Agents work within scheduled shifts and play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving company performance targets. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, it requires the ability to work independently under established guidelines and KPIs. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with billing processes and exhibit strong negotiation and customer service skills to resolve issues proactively. Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls related to energy campaigns promptly and professionally.
- Provide detailed information to customers about energy plans, billing, and services.
- Address and resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Clarify billing statements and assist customers in understanding charges and payment options.
- Meet established performance targets and key performance indicators to contribute to the company's goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to handle complex customer inquiries or issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all customer interactions.
- Participate in training and development sessions to keep current with energy market updates and billing procedures.
- Apply negotiation skills to encourage customer retention and promote energy plans effectively.
- Work assigned shifts reliably, including the 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM schedule.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communication channels.
