We are looking for an Accounts officer who must have experience in accounting software (QuickBooks ).
- Must have knowledge of basic accounting standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/word/Power point.
- To maintain tax record/files of purchase invoices, sales invoices, purchase register supplier wise, sales register customer wise and stock register item wise
- Knowledge of bank statement reconciliation
- Knowledge of supplier/customer statement reconciliation
- Experience in preparation of financial statements.
- Managing the day to day accounting transactions
- Managing the accounts payable/receivable
- Reporting to Accounts Manager.
- Any other task assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel.
- Experience with an audit firm is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
