Pharmacy Purchaser

TechOne Ventures is looking for enthusiastic candidates who are self-motivated, energetic and knowledgeable about the core Purchasing/Procurement Pharmacy Services areas, and function at a high level to manage day-to-day pharmaceutical inventory levels and transfers. The ideal candidate will :

Routinely monitor, manage and control pharmaceutical inventories as appropriate. Determine and optimize inventory levels
Recruit, interview, evaluate and supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, as applicable to the purchasing/procurement team.
Monitor industry shortages and proactively manage on-hand inventories to minimize the impact on the organization.
Conduct formal performance reviews and recommend corrective action, if necessary.
Monitor elite inventory levels and support key supply chain performance indicators (KPI goals).
Maintain quality standards and maintain the brand image.
Perform other duties as required by the management.

Desired Qualifications:

3+ years experience as purchaser within the pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated leadership abilities in the area of pharmacy practice.
Must be a qualified pharmacist.
