We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients — identifying leads, understanding their needs, and connecting them with our Account Executives for further engagement.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, SaaS, and digital marketing, with a strong desire to grow in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Qualify leads and set up high-value meetings or product demos for Account Executives.
Understand and communicate 7 Kings Code’s offerings effectively to align with client needs.
Maintain and update accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments booked.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or client-facing role (SaaS or digital marketing preferred).
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Confident in interacting with business owners and decision-makers.
Goal-oriented with experience in quota-based or commission-driven environments.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft).
Must be based in Lahore and available to work US EST hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
