As an SDR for Staffing & Recruitment, you will generate new business opportunities by targeting hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams across industries. You’ll introduce 7 Kings Code staffing solutions and build the pipeline for recruiters and account executives
Responsibilities & Tasks
Identify and research potential clients needing staffing/recruitment support.
Make outbound calls and emails to HR Managers, Talent Acquisition leaders, and Procurement heads.
Position 7 Kings Code’s staffing solutions effectively.
Qualify leads based on hiring volumes, project requirements, and budgets.
Book meetings with decision-makers for Account Executives.
Keep accurate records of interactions in CRM.
Collaborate with recruiters to align on candidate pools for prospects.
Support campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing activities.
Achieve weekly/monthly outreach and meeting targets.
Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
Experience: 1–2 years in B2B sales, preferably in staffing/recruitment.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to pitch staffing solutions persuasively.
Experience in B2B prospecting.
Active listening and needs analysis.
Resilience and ability to handle objections.
Excellent organizational skills.
Understanding of US staffing market is a plus.
Tools (Must have hands on working experience of required tools / software / application)
CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Email automation tools (Apollo, Outreach).
ATS or candidate sourcing platforms (a plus).
