- The Job requires you to answer telephone call and book taxis for customers based in the UK.
- Answering telephone calls.
- Delivering a high level of Professional Customer Service at all times.
- Dealing with email bookings and inquires and completing admin work.
- Providing quotations to customers.
- Allocating bookings to drivers within time frames and driver locality.
- Dealing with customer complaints.
As an operator you should be excellent at conversing with UK clients and understanding British accent.
We are looking for Professionals who are excellent at Customer Services, Courteous and polite and also have previous experience of handling UK customers.
Vacancies are available for all three shifts
Candidate should be flexible to work in rotating shifts
You will be given priority if you have been to UK or have done this job before.
