We are looking for a professional Property Consultant to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing of different approved societies.
- Provide Research and services to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property on good price.
- Work as per the need of the client and financial abilities to propose investment areas of property and construction.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
- Visit real property to possible buyers.Complete documentation and paperwork.
- Maintain and update listings of available propertiesPromote sales through advertisements.
- Sles calls, marketing and providing complete process guidance to buyers and sellers.
Requirements
- Working experience of Real Estate.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
